Some of us have these never-ending lists, right?
Oh, Nintendo. They really cut it close with this April update—like last minute. But hey, we finally got it. System software version 20 is here! You find it in the settings menu on your Switch, if you’re like me and immediately click around to see what’s new.
So, there’s this thing called “Virtual Game Card” now. It’s that feature they hinted at during the March 27 Nintendo Direct. If you’ve got a family group, it lets you lend software or DLC, which is super handy if you’re tired of your sibling hogging all the games. Also, you can share stuff between two Switch systems without needing both to be online. I gotta admit, it’s kind of genius. And chaotic. Because who organizes their games these days?
Oh, and get this—Switch 2 stuff is in there too! Yep, GameShare and some sort of transfer thingy. Multiple saves at once? Yeah, that’s happening. I should check out the full notes… if I remember where I saw them. Anyway, life just got a whole lot easier—kinda.
