Sure thing. Let me give it a go:

So you’re itching for some speed, huh? Well, guess what? GT7 just dropped another update and it’s loaded with some seriously drool-worthy machines. We’re talking a ’17 Ferrari 812 Superfast, an ’01 Chevy Corvette Z06, a ’12 Suzuki Carry KC, and a ’21 Honda CR-V e:HEV EX Black Edition. Yeah, that’s a mouthful, but hey, more to get psyched about on your fave circuits.
Oh, and there are three new events coming to World Circuits. Not to mention, that AI agent Sophy—no idea what that name’s about but cool—she’s now rocking the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix track. Neat, right?
Anyway, update 1.59 (sounds so official) for Gran Turismo 7 is live right now. I mean, like, as of today—wait, what’s the date? May 14 at 11 pm if you’re on PDT, else, May 25 at 3 am JST / 8 am CEST. Crazy, huh?
Now let’s chat cars. First off, the ’01 Chevy Corvette Z06. This thing’s got history. The C5 with a hardtop—likely stiffer and better for all those wild drives. They threw in the Z51 handling package and kept it manual—thank goodness for that. And even with all these goodies, it was kinda a steal back then.
Fast forward to 2001, they upped its game with a 384.6 BHP LS6 engine. Comes from a racing package, reinvented for this. But, oh, the price shot up. Like, more than the drop-top! But when you have the power soaring to 405.3 BHP in 2002—one of the speed demons on the streets—you kinda don’t mind the extra dough, right?
And, uh, moving on. Ever heard of the ’17 Ferrari 812 Superfast? I mean, come on. Superfast is right there in the name. 812—you do the math: 800 PS and 12 cylinders. It’s a V12 layout, kinda old-school cool. The design’s from Ferrari’s own crew, a long nose paired with killer aerodynamics. It’s got a 788 BHP engine pushing through a 7-speed DCT. Oh, and electric steering. First for a Ferrari. Makes tight turns feel like smooth swooshes—a grand touring dream, to be honest.
For those craving, like, a bit of SUV action—check the ’21 Honda CR-V e:HEV EX Black Edition. A pioneer in hybrid tech. They put a 2L engine with two electric motors. What’s more exciting? You can actually have it strutting through snowy roads without breaking a sweat.
And we can’t skip on the ’12 Suzuki Carry KC. A ‘kei’ micro-truck, so adorably compact yet totally functional. Gotta love Japan for pioneering these cuties. 658 cc engine, but the KC’s the king—power steering and air-con. Even makes the U.S. smile, hauling stuff on farms.
Now, while you’re at it, get ready for some mad racing on the new circuits: Eiger Nordwand for the Lightweight K-Cup, some laps at Autódromo de Interlagos, courtesy of the American Clubman Cup 700, or even the Ferrari Circuit Challenge at Deep Forest Raceway.
And this new AI, Sophy, she’s on tracks like Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya now. A cheeky little test for those racing reflexes.
Ah, nearly forgot. In Scapes, they’ve added ‘Shooting the Perfect Square’. Ideal for those Insta-square shots. Get those geometric vibes on.
Anyway, need GT7 and some WiFi for this update to happen. No surprise there! But it’s worth it, I promise.
